What I’ve Learned So Far

I feel better when I run. By that, I mean that when I don’t run, I feel like I should. Yesterday, the last thing I wanted to do was get on the treadmill, but I felt much better afterward.

I feel like I should run today, too. I might do it, but I don’t know.

In case you’re wondering, I was planning to run when I started this blog post three or four hours ago. Then the tireds and the nope-I-don’t-wannas kicked in, and so I didn’t. Besides, my limbs are tired lately. It probably has to do with the Daniel fast I’m currently doing, and the difficulty in getting complete proteins in my diet at the moment. But it’s also my birthday and I don’t want to run, so I’m not going to.


I think I’m going to expand on this post another day. For now, my tub is calling my name. That, and a bottle of water. Living the life, I tell you.
