Day 1 of Being Homebound

So this morning, Butter got up around 7:15. It was still so dark that I had him climb into bed with me and told him it was too early to get up.

Bear didn’t wake up until about 8:30. M  had to work. Even though the mall was closed, his restaurant was open. He was home by 10 a.m.

We got some work done, played some games, made some flashcards. Bear took a good nap. Butter got some time on PBSkids.org. I spent entirely too much time on Facebook and watching The Weather Channel.

We had three good meals today. M made an awesome salad for lunch & we had brinner.

That being said? OMG I’m BORED.

I know it’s going to be a little crazy tomorrow, too, but I want/need to get out of the house.

How have you handled your Hurricane day?

    1. We were very fortunate. We never did lose power, and only had one small leak in the window of our side door in the garage. Still have strong winds, but I don’t mind all that.

Thanks for following! I can’t wait to follow along with your blog, too!
